At Wayneswoodcraft we aim to provide total customer satisfaction on all purchases.
We also aim to dispatch items within 24 to 48hrs unless your item is a special order / commission work, on these items you will be notified upon dispatch & kept informed of progress during the making of the item.

As all items are hand made and many one of a kind products Returns are only accepted under certain conditions.
We do not cover any return postage/packing
